Shipping policy

The Norwegian EFT book has free shipping worldwide.

The English EFST book has a fixed shipping fee of NOK 200. This shipping fee applies to all countries and will be added at checkout.

All orders of books in stock are processed within 12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Most shipments will take 6–12 business days. We do not offer tracking on all shipments.

Taxes

Please note that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Tax rates vary depending on the country of destination.

For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information about these charges.
